Despite the vets' full schedule, we were able to squeeze in our cat. We were told to expect a short wait. The practice is very clean and modern. We only filled out the patient form and were seen right away 👍 So, it wasn't a long wait at all. The assistants are also very friendly and empathetic. And the vet herself was wonderful. She took her time and explained everything to us. This practice is definitely highly recommended!

I was there with a stray cat, and they helped him. The price was absolutely reasonable, and I'm grateful that I was even allowed to go there on a Saturday. The doctor and his assistant at reception were very helpful and loving towards the animal; I would definitely come back.

Dr. Röttcher saved our dog's life. Several months ago, on a Saturday, at the age of 12, she had an acute pyometra (uterine infection), and the anesthesia was very difficult due to her short nose and age. Emergency surgery was necessary, and the vet didn't hesitate for a second. He operated immediately and cared for her until Sunday, with on-site check-ups every few hours until she was out of danger. Our little darling, who will soon be 13, is lively and happy 😊, jumping around like she's 9 years old. No incontinence, no impairment whatsoever! We are eternally grateful to Dr. Röttcher for his dedication. A truly competent veterinarian! His team and assistants also deserve a mention; they always explained everything in detail, alleviated our concerns, were transparent, and demonstrated a wealth of knowledge. THANK YOU to everyone for such dedication, heart, and professional talent, even though we aren't local and weren't patients ourselves. Respect to the lifesavers!
