I had to use the emergency vet service for my dog ​​and ended up at this vet's office. Well, I wasn't exactly thrilled. She was just okay in terms of friendliness, nice to the dog, and seemed to be trying to find the cause of the problem. However, I think better lighting and the option of positioning the dog on the examination table would be much more helpful in the practice to properly assess whether there's anything wrong with the paw. Squatting on the floor in dim light is just too difficult. And the kicker: just because I paid with my debit card, I had to pay an extra €2. A bit old-fashioned, isn't it? The bill was illegibly handwritten; I hope the insurance company accepts that – but certainly not the extra €2. I won't be going back there.

Our dog unfortunately had an ear infection over the weekend. We were lucky that Dr. Wilken was on call. We were able to come in quickly, and our dog received very prompt and compassionate care! We have never experienced such loving treatment of dogs as she did! Thank you so much for your great efforts!
