We brought our 12-year-old Labrador Retriever to Tante Emma after carpal joint surgery, as the operation, due to his age and severe arthritis, unfortunately didn't provide the desired stability to the joint. Tante Emma made a positive impression on us right from the first phone call. Unlike other orthotists, she was able to offer us an appointment very quickly due to the urgency of our situation, and we received the orthosis for our dog just one week after the initial appointment. We only had to return once for a minor adjustment after receiving the orthosis, but walking with it worked wonderfully from day one. Without Tante Emma's orthosis, our dog wouldn't be with us today, as it has given him back a great deal of quality of life and enabled him to walk with his unstable joint. Our dog received a brace from Tante Emma in March. He had a cruciate ligament tear. The consultation was fantastic. They took a lot of time and explained everything thoroughly. We've never experienced such excellent service. After two weeks, we were able to pick up the brace. It was custom-fitted, and everything was explained again.
