We couldn't imagine better care for our soon-to-be one-year-old cat. In emergencies, an appointment is always scheduled promptly. All the staff are very friendly and patiently answer all the questions that new pet owners often have. We feel very well taken care of at this practice.

I called the emergency veterinary service about my parrot, who had suddenly become very ill. The woman on the phone immediately cut me off when I asked who they could recommend as an alternative, and when I finally got Mr. Micheling himself on the phone, his only comment, delivered in a rather unfriendly tone, was that I should go to Hanover. They don't look at cases like that because no one is willing to spend money on a bird; he's simply not interested. The bird isn't worth as much as the treatment, after all. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very friendly service 🙂 I called and 30-40 minutes later we were in for treatment. Everything was explained very thoroughly and kindly, allowing us to resolve the problem quickly. The prices were okay, I'd say. -Examination + Consultation + Pain Relief - -€117- They advised against unnecessary tests, which shows they're not just focused on making money. One small drawback (1 star): The examination was done in my absence. I personally would have preferred to be present to see what was being done. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide fixed prices or even a rough estimate. Of course, every animal is different, but a rough estimate would have been nice. I can wholeheartedly recommend this practice – your pet is in the best hands there!

I came to this practice a few years ago due to an emergency, and I wouldn't want any other vet for my beloved pet. Whether it was the phone call with Ms. M. or Ms. A., they were always friendly and very understanding. During the examination, they were absolutely charming towards my dog. After my visit today, I was only reassured as to what a wonderful practice this is. Thank you so much!
