A very empathetic and absolutely competent veterinarian, with a heart for problem cases like our snappy, unsocialized French Bulldog (from an animal shelter). Dr. Brüggemann has cared for all our dogs; Carlotta is now the fifth in 13 years that we have entrusted to her care.

Deeply disappointed. We first went to Dr. Maas and then to Brüggemann's practice. Everything was always great. Now, after 15 years, our dog became very ill, and we called to ask for an appointment, but all we got on the phone was, "Haven't been in for four years," and they were on vacation starting Monday. It was Thursday, and our dog was always healthy and hated car rides. We finally found a wonderful practice, and they lovingly put our dog to sleep. I'm very disappointed.

My dachshund needed a vaccination before returning home to France, and she was treated well and I received good advice.

We took our cat to see Ms. Brüggemann. There were no waiting times thanks to the well-organized online appointment system. The examination was very clear and efficient. We found Ms. Brüggemann to be highly competent, and everyone was incredibly friendly. We'll definitely be back! 😊

We are absolutely thrilled with our veterinarian! She always takes plenty of time, explains everything clearly, and treats our animals with great care and patience. It's immediately obvious that the animals' well-being is truly important to her. We especially appreciate that there are practically no waiting times and that appointments are very well organized.
