We went there for an emergency appointment, and our dog had to be euthanized. A very nice, friendly, and empathetic veterinarian. He gave us plenty of time and space. We can highly recommend him.

I'm still quite unsure about how to properly rate a veterinarian. New customers have to pay for their data to be entered into the system, and you might say, "Okay, sure, that's work." But nothing has changed since before, and it was included in the prices. Anyway. We took our two cats there for a general check-up and vaccinations. This was done quite quickly. Should that influence the rating? I don't think so; quick doesn't necessarily mean bad. Nevertheless, it seemed to me as if cats weren't really the vet's preferred animals. Everything, including the conversations with us, felt very impersonal and rushed. That's why I'm deducting two stars. However, we did get a follow-up appointment, and I'm curious to see if it was just an off day or if it's always like this.

I think the vet is great, the staff is also fantastic, I can only recommend them, very compliments, we were there with our 3 cats.

Instead of performing the surgery on my dog ​​themselves, they referred me directly to a specialist – unlike my old vet, who talked about needing two or three operations and was incredibly unfriendly. But here? A super nice doctor and a great team :) I will definitely stay here and recommend the practice!
