Very friendly, but above all very competent. He explains everything very well, so that even a layperson can understand it perfectly. I would never take my pet anywhere else. We feel 100% in good hands. 💖
We are so grateful to have found Anke Gutjahr. She is a true gift for furry friends who don't have it entirely easy in life. Absolutely recommended!!!
Highly competent, and in emergencies, appointments are possible at short notice by arrangement. Since I have rescue dogs who can be unpredictable at times, I need someone who truly treats my animals with a high degree of competence, sensitivity, and empathy, and that's exactly what I found in Jannika. She offers not only therapy but also preventative care. She also gives me many practical tips for everyday life to ensure comprehensive care for my animals.
Anke has golden fingers... she finds every blockage and then resolves it professionally.
Jannika is competent, reliable and has a big heart for all dogs (including those with behavioral challenges) and their humans :).
