Horrible experience – cat dies after routine surgery I am stunned and devastated. We took our 6-month-old cat to this practice for a routine neutering. The animal has died. It breaks my heart, as the cat was my 4-year-old son's beloved pet, and we had paid €1000 for him. What makes this tragedy even worse is the practice's behavior: there was virtually no communication. They left us completely in the dark about how this could have happened. No empathy, no explanations – simply unprofessional. I strongly advise everyone against taking their beloved pet here.
Many thanks to Dr. Fuchs for the emergency surgery on our dog Cleo. Without hesitation, you extended your practice hours and, together with your team, did everything possible to operate on our little princess. We received excellent advice, and you calmly and objectively explained the consequences of not having the procedure immediately. Your expertise, dedication, and compassion were a great help to us during this difficult time. A huge thank you to you and your entire team for the prompt assistance and loving care – we are incredibly grateful.
A very empathetic team. I can always come in and get appointments for my dog even at short notice. Hardly any waiting time. The vet doesn't use a sledgehammer to crack a nut, but approaches each issue carefully and doesn't immediately resort to drastic measures. For me, a very good family vet with a great team.
If your cat is limping, please take it seriously! Our little cat, an outdoor cat, suddenly started limping. She was lying there, trembling in pain. Luckily, there were no visible signs of injury. Of course, I immediately called the veterinary clinic, and we were able to get an appointment that same day. A lovely veterinarian carefully examined the kitten and gave her an injection. We were also given some pain medication to take home. What can I say?! I was very satisfied after our visit to this clinic and the veterinarian's consultation. And the cost was absolutely reasonable. The veterinary assistant handled the animal very well. Excellent. And the young woman at the reception desk was also friendly. I will gladly visit this clinic again if needed. It would be wonderful to see this veterinarian again. The kitten felt much better after the injection, so much so that she was actually able to walk normally the next day, was pain-free, and of course, was allowed outside again.
