Dear practice team, since our vet was on vacation, we brought our dog Bailey here and felt so well cared for, as he had stopped eating. A truly wonderful practice team – incredibly kind, empathetic, and always ready to help. You feel warmly welcomed from the very first moment. The veterinarian takes her time, explains everything calmly and clearly, and is very patient, which is especially important to us. The practice itself is very quiet and not at all hectic, which makes the visit very pleasant for both people and animals. The only minor drawback: Unfortunately, payment by credit card (debit card is accepted) is not possible. But that's really just a small thing. We feel very well cared for here and have complete confidence in them – a definite recommendation!

The staff were incredibly kind and took us in with an emergency, as we couldn't get help anywhere else. They welcomed us warmly and took amazing care of our pet. We arrived very worried about our animal and received a call almost every hour about the progress, keeping us constantly updated. We are absolutely thrilled with the vet and the team who saved our little kitten's life at the last minute. Thank you again!!

In an acute emergency, my cat received immediate and incredibly competent help here. All necessary examinations, such as X-rays, ultrasound, and blood tests, were carried out without a long wait – quickly, thoroughly, and with absolute professionalism. Only through this comprehensive diagnostic workup and the detailed discussion of the problem was it possible to initiate the right measures and effectively help my cat. I would particularly like to emphasize the open and honest communication and the continuous support throughout the entire process. I always felt well-informed and taken seriously.
