Worst veterinarian/veterinary assistant I have ever experienced. I brought my dog ​​to Dr. Eggert on Friday as an emergency and was incredibly grateful and impressed by the way he treated me and my dog. Unfortunately, that changed as soon as they had my money. My dog ​​was allowed to stay over the weekend after Dr. Eggert advised me to, and I was told to call back Monday morning. I did as instructed, but I got the worst veterinary assistant of all – unfriendly and completely lacking in empathy. I was finally allowed to pick up my dog ​​today. At reception, I was told I had to pay immediately so I could leave right away. Then it started in the examination room. I was verbally abused in the most appalling way, asked for my right to disrupt their business by calling, and whether I even knew how much stress I had caused them with my dog ​​(he wasn't the only dog ​​there that weekend). What saddens me most, however, is that I was given absolutely no way to continue my dog's treatment—no pain medication or anything else. Now I have to take my sick dog to the next vet, and I will never go back to Dr. Eggert and Ms. Koch.

We've been taking our dog Santo to Dr. Eggert for over 12 years. We're extremely satisfied. Unfortunately, our Labrador was very ill and weak. We had to have him put down. Thank you, Dr. Eggert and staff, for everything.

We've been taking our cat to Dr. Eggert for over 10 years. He and his team are absolutely fantastic. They're incredibly friendly and extremely competent. Like I said, the whole team is amazing. Highly recommended. I'd give them a sixth star if I could! 😊

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I’ve found it quite challenging to get an appointment here—even for issues that feel more urgent than a routine visit, though not emergencies. The waiting list seems unpredictable, and it’s unclear when new patients will be accepted again. It feels a bit like a guessing game, which can be frustrating. I wish the practice could provide an estimated waiting time to help with planning, as that would be very helpful and appreciated. I understand how busy vets can be, but a little more transparency would go a long way.
