Reviews
The staff and veterinarians are friendly, and the consultation is excellent. They explain what is being done and why. Waiting times naturally vary depending on the number of patients, but the pace of treatment is reasonable. Even if there is a longer wait due to a high volume of patients, it's clear that things are moving along, which should make the wait seem reasonable to any objective observer. After all, the animals deserve proper treatment, and that takes time.
I don't understand the negative comments here. My dog was always treated competently and with care, and Dr. Metzger always had time for questions, even when many patients were waiting. My Kira and I always felt well cared for and well advised here.
Unfortunately, we had an emergency with our dog while on vacation. He was getting worse by the minute. We called the vet and were able to go in right away. We had to wait a short while, and then the vet treated him very kindly. He was given medication for his discomfort immediately, and it quickly became clear that the vet knew exactly what he was doing. We were also given some food that's easy on his stomach, and thankfully, he's feeling much better today. Since we came as an emergency, I thought the bill would be higher. However, I only paid €103. Thank you so much for everything, dear team! I'm incredibly happy and relieved that Aiko is feeling better today.
Very nice doctor, my dog was hit by the car and she was very helpful, and my dog loved her
