Highly competent, friendly team, I've been very satisfied for 9 years. After our Maya passed away, Simba also became a patient. He goes to the team and Dr. Brüchert willingly and without any problems. Always a kind word, good treatment, and valuable tips. Thank you for everything you do for my dog.

Our dog was 17.5 years old and has now passed away. He was never seriously ill, so we only went to the vet for routine checkups and vaccinations and were generally satisfied. Then, as he got older, he started having health problems. We experienced a lack of empathy. He wasn't properly examined, and the vet simply referred to his age and arthritis. He was given an injection and sold a lot of painkillers. Our advice was ignored, and they continued to administer injections. After switching vets, abscesses and inflammation in his mouth, which he had been suffering from for some time, were discovered and treated. Unfortunately, the change came too late; we should have switched sooner to spare our little friend so much suffering.

This was our second visit. At both appointments, we felt constantly delayed despite having an appointment, and that we were being rushed through and ultimately judged. I didn't feel that my questions or concerns were addressed, nor did she seem genuinely interested in our dog. Comments like, "Oh, another one from Bulgaria—they're all from Bulgaria these days" (referring to the dog) or "you don't have to wrap the dog in cotton wool"—without any context—made me feel very uncomfortable. What the vet thinks is one thing, but when you get no answers to questions about licking sores on the paws, and you have a Giardia test done without any follow-up questions about why you suspect it or anything like that—but statements like that... I advise everyone against going there. They don't address the root cause, only the symptoms—if they do anything at all. Unfortunately, with us, it was neither. Therefore, we're going elsewhere, where the dog's well-being is the priority, not just the opinions of those who have formed and are being passed on. Furthermore, the medical assistants are just as unfriendly as the doctors. I'd rather walk to Baghdad than set foot in that practice again.

Our dog Dillon has been a patient of Dr. Bruechert for over 10 years. Our first dog, Paul, was also a patient of hers. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about her. Quite the opposite!
