My vet of choice , had a cat that was sick in another country and they did not have the medicine there the cat needeed , so they gave it to me to bring to the cat, very nice lovely and helpful people , u can feel their love for animals.

On January 25, 2026, I took my cat to the veterinary clinic in Dorsten during emergency hours, traveling from Gladbeck. Both the receptionist and Dr. Dickhöfer were very friendly and empathetic. Dr. Dickhöfer listened patiently to my concerns, reassured me, and treated Benni with great care. We will gladly return. 😊
I'd also like to review the practice. Dr. Petermann saved my cat's life—she has epilepsy—and she acted correctly, prescribing the right medication at the correct dose (unlike one of her colleagues, unfortunately...). Now my cat is seizure-free :) She and the entire practice team have a very calm demeanor. My cat gets quite stressed at the vet, but they were still able to draw blood (without putting her under general anesthesia). Thank you so much!
I took my 13-year-old dog to the practice for a dental cleaning. The fact that they offer inhalation anesthesia was a huge plus for me. Both the veterinary assistant and Dr. Petermann were very gentle and friendly with my dog. Everything was explained thoroughly. I'm very grateful to the entire team that the dental cleaning with anesthesia went so well for my older dog. We will definitely continue to go there in the future.
