I took my dog there for the first time today because she's severely limping. We got an appointment quickly and were treated very kindly and professionally. I'd gladly go again.
On January 25, 2026, I took my cat to the veterinary clinic in Dorsten during emergency hours, traveling from Gladbeck. Both the receptionist and Dr. Dickhöfer were very friendly and empathetic. Dr. Dickhöfer listened patiently to my concerns, reassured me, and treated Benni with great care. We will gladly return. 😊
We had to take our cockatiel Hannah to see her because both her eyes were stuck shut. We called on June 19th, 2023, and were able to come in right away. After a short wait, it was our turn. Ms. Dickhöfer was incredibly gentle with Hannah and immediately recognized what was wrong. She had a bacterial eye infection, and Ms. Dickhöfer lovingly treated Hannah, opened her eyes, and gave her an antibiotic injection. On June 23rd, 2023, there was a follow-up appointment, and Hannah received excellent care again. Hannah is doing wonderfully, is thriving, and has recovered beautifully.
