I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hieber. I had an emergency with my cat on Christmas Day, and even though it was after midnight, Dr. Hieber called me back. She also took the time to address my concerns on Sunday evening. Dr. Hieber is truly empathetic and takes your worries seriously. During treatment, she explains exactly what she is doing and answers all your questions thoroughly. You feel very well cared for in her practice, and your pet is in the best hands.

The practice team is incredibly friendly and handles the animals with such loving care. I first went there in 2024 with my injured cat on Pentecost Sunday morning. I had to leave him there temporarily because he was too cold for further examination. The team cared for him so lovingly that I felt completely at ease leaving him. When I returned, he was purring contentedly in his bed. Sadly, he had to be put to sleep, but even then, the team provided us with wonderful support and comfort. The new practice premises, with two separate waiting rooms and designated "cat parking spaces" throughout, are also beautifully and thoughtfully designed.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hieber – finally, a veterinarian who truly takes time for both animal and owner and treats the animals (in my case, a horse) with great love and patience! Her expertise is also impressive – you simply feel incredibly well cared for and advised! 100 out of 100 points! ❤️ :)
