We feel very well cared for by Dr. Bühler-Leuchte. She and her team are always friendly, attentive, and strive to make our visit as pleasant as possible. Appointments are quick and easy to schedule, and we can always confidently contact the practice with any questions or concerns. Our dog Pongo certainly feels very comfortable there 😊

Unfortunately, the vet has become quite hardened, cold, and heartless over the years. The receptionist falls asleep at work and seems completely unmotivated! Since my cat's condition had drastically worsened, I asked for an appointment. A quick glance at his eyes and mouth, and immediately she asked if we should have him euthanized. No explanation of his condition or assessment. Only after I asked her what she thought based on experience did she offer any insight. But even then, the much more caring assistant said that the dying process had already begun. The vet herself seemed listless and annoyed, as if she just wanted to get the appointment over with quickly! I will absolutely never go there again! 🙏 Rest in peace, my little darling 🐦

A big thank you to Dr. Bühler and her team! My stray kitten was operated on the very next day after I called. Before that, I contacted ten other veterinary practices and was all referred to other practices... You can recognize a good veterinarian by the fact that they help an animal without hesitation... Thank you so much... Thank you to the entire team... the friendly lady at reception is a gem... my kitten is doing great thanks to your care... I can highly recommend this practice... Thank you!
