Our neighbor's cat fell from the fifth floor on Saturday evening and was in agony. We called the vet and asked them to pick up the small, month-old cat. They demanded a whopping €200! Unbelievable!

Today was our first visit to the veterinary practice, and we immediately felt comfortable with our degus. We received a warm welcome at reception, and the veterinarian was fantastic. She patiently answered all our questions and took plenty of time for us. We hope our little ones get better soon, and if we need to come back, we certainly feel we're in good hands! Thank you so much for the excellent service and expert help.

We took our cat to the vet today. He received a thorough examination, and the veterinarian and the medical assistant were very friendly and compassionate. Unfortunately, we had to have him put down. They waited until my children were at the clinic to say goodbye. That's not something you can take for granted. A heartfelt thank you again to the entire team. We've finally found our trusted veterinary practice.

I've been going there for several years and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the vets are fantastic. My animals have always received excellent care. And most importantly, in emergencies, you can come immediately – there are never any long waiting times; they always do their best. I'm simply extremely satisfied there!
