My personal experience: Due to her self-confidence and misdiagnosis, my horse suffered significant injuries and ultimately died. No compassion, no apology, unprofessional and unsympathetic comments. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this vet to anyone.
I'm very satisfied, even though the veterinary practice is further away, they still come out, and they're always reachable by phone with questions or call back. Great team. They always have solutions ready if something doesn't work. However, I can only speak for Mr. Espina and his friendly veterinary assistant. I haven't spoken to Ms. Höppner herself yet.
