Reviews
We went to Dr. Pollmüller's emergency clinic. It started with her complaining about having to work so much on a Sunday. Our cat had a serious injury, yet we still had to fill out an incredibly long registration form (even though there were two of us; one could have gone into the examination while the other filled it out). And once we were finished, she calmly finished her phone calls with patients from the previous day before even taking our form. During the examination itself, she was incredibly rough with the cat, annoyed with us because we weren't helping her hold it, even dislocated the cat's bones, and didn't even administer anesthesia for a painful X-ray, for which anesthesia is standard practice. Despite the cat's cries of pain, she pulled, stretched, and yanked its neck, instead of putting an X-ray gown on one of us to help. Furthermore, the X-ray was interrupted by two more phone calls. With no diagnosis, a morphine injection, and the assurance that "it's definitely not a cruciate ligament tear," we were sent home. The next day, a cruciate ligament tear was diagnosed at the clinic. It was an absolute nightmare. I deeply regret putting my cat through that.
Ms. Pollmüller tried to sell me her overpriced services in a very manipulative way. I was supposed to pay around €400 just for the diagnosis, including blood tests and an ultrasound. When I thankfully declined to see another vet, she implied that I wasn't being fair to my dog and that something bad could happen to him if I didn't use her services immediately.
Our cat suddenly became ill. We received quick and effective help here. All possible options were discussed and considered. As pet owners, we naturally worry and want the best, and the team was very attentive to that. A day later, our cat was back on her feet and completely her old self. Thank you to everyone involved. We'll gladly come back. Her next vaccination appointment is just around the corner ;)
We take our dog to Dr. Pollmüller and couldn't be happier. The veterinarians always take plenty of time, address every concern, and treat both animals and their owners with great calm and empathy. The practice is also equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which gives us added peace of mind. The entire practice team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always well-organized. We feel completely at ease there and can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Pollmüller's veterinary practice!
