Our collie had an entropion (inward rolling of the eyelid) that required surgical correction. Both visits went very well. The explanations were clear and informative. The surgical result was simply outstanding. We will definitely go back to Dr. Dirk for any future surgical procedures.

We visited your medical practice on December 8th, 2025, and sadly had to say goodbye to our dog, Georgi. In this already very difficult situation, we found it extremely disconcerting that the young medical assistants in the next room were laughing loudly and continuously, clearly having a great time. At such a moment, we would have appreciated a bit more empathy, decency, and consideration. We understand that it is generally difficult to find good staff. Nevertheless, there are limits – and in this case, in our opinion, they were clearly exceeded.

We are very satisfied with him. We've been going to him since he opened his practice in 2004 and have never had any problems with him; he has always been a great help to our animals. Especially with our current cat, who has struvite stones. He was treated immediately with emergency surgery and is doing much better. If there were more stars, I would give him even more. ❤️
