Very unfriendly lady. I wanted to have my dog's nails trimmed. I called to ask how much it would cost, but I didn't get a chance. The lady's response was, "I don't trim puppies' nails," and she hung up.
Yesterday, I spontaneously got an appointment with Dr. Roming for our cat. I received such a warm welcome both on the phone and at the practice. The spaying was done today. She was so incredibly loving with our Kaya that Kaya immediately snuggled up to her. Many other vets could learn a thing or two from her. Such a friendly and, above all, warm-hearted woman. I'll always go here. I highly recommend this practice.
