After a friendly phone consultation, I was able to bring my dogs (two Dalmatians) in for an appointment at short notice after New Year's. The vet was extremely friendly right from the start. Overall, she made a very competent impression. I highly recommend her!

I called the vet's office and immediately got this unpleasant guy at reception on the phone. Since I'd found a jackdaw in my garden that was obviously injured on its wing, I wanted to help the bird and quickly called the vet's office. Because it's a wild animal, the "nice" fellow immediately said: "We don't treat wild animals here!" And that wasn't said nicely at all! Oh, sorry that only pets bring in money and wild animals don't... such a shame!

Very unfriendly lady. I wanted to have my dog's nails trimmed. I called to ask how much it would cost, but I didn't get a chance. The lady's response was, "I don't trim puppies' nails," and she hung up.
