He was extremely rude on the phone simply because I asked if he offered an emergency service on Good Friday or at least Saturday. He told me not to call him and not to bother him. I apologized, asking if I had said something wrong and explaining that I only wanted to know when I could bring my dog in. "Don't come to me, because I'm not obligated to see your dog." I've been a customer of his for four years and have ALWAYS consulted him over the phone. This was simply disrespectful and unprofessional behavior. I'm very disappointed.
Mr. and Mrs. Vodermayer are both very friendly and competent. They make a pleasant and professional impression. My cats feel comfortable here, and I received excellent advice when I had questions. Highly recommended. 😊
