Reviews
I just have to say how well cared for we feel here with our animals. Years ago, we first went to Dr. Graw, who saved our cat Minou with an emergency operation, and she brought us so much joy until just a few weeks ago. When she recently became quite ill after 15 years with us, Dr. Graw tried to save her a second time, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible this time, and we had to have her put down a few days later. That day will stay with us for a long time, not only because of the grief but also because Dr. Graw was so empathetic and almost psychologically supportive. He gently helped her fall asleep in our arms. Since we felt quite empty after a total of 25 years with cats, we decided to look for one or two cats again, and we now have two Birman cats. Today was our first visit to Dr. Graw for a check-up and vaccinations, and just like before, we felt very well advised and cared for. The assistants have always been very friendly and empathetic with us and the animals. We are so happy to have found such a wonderful, compassionate veterinarian with so much understanding and empathy. THANK YOU!
For me (us), the best veterinarian in the area. Dr. Graw cared for our Amy for over 15 years (originally rescued from a laboratory, she lived to be over 17 years and 3 months old). Dr. Graw and his team were always there for us with unwavering kindness and a calm demeanor, both in emergencies and during routine appointments. Until, sadly, the worst moment for any pet owner arrived: saying goodbye. It all happened so quickly that, unfortunately, there was no hope of recovery or improvement. In this difficult situation, Dr. Graw was there for us and didn't leave us alone. He helped Amy so she wouldn't suffer any longer. And before things got even worse (for Amy), he helped her immediately. I would like to publicly thank you and your team for the incredibly good work you do, and we are so incredibly grateful to have such a reliable, competent, trustworthy, and wonderful veterinarian in our area. Until, sadly, the worst moment for any pet owner came. And I would also like to thank you for not giving up on my cat in February, and for helping her recover so she can now enjoy the rest of her life at the age of 20. Best regards, The Schneider Family
We have been going to this practice for a while. What we really like is that the staff and the vet himself are always friendly and caring. Dr. Graw brings a lot of calm to the examination room and also takes the time needed to really explain things. Solutions and further steps are also properly discussed with the owner. I really appreciate that because you can still see his humanity. You can really tell that he enjoys his job and that he doesn't see animals being passed over the table like an assembly line. His expertise is fantastic, as is that of his staff. Even in acute emergencies, where unfortunately there are practices that won't accept you, all you have to do is call him and you can come in. We will stay with him as long as he is there because we are eternally grateful for what he has done so far and continues to do. The same goes for the practice team. Thank you very much.
