Reviews
Lovely interior. Interesting exhibits. Not sure I learnt much.
Immediate help in a crisis situation. I didn't have an appointment but was quickly seen, and my dog was cared for effectively and with great care. Excellent communication, fluent English. Highly recommended.
I have been here more than once and I recommend it to everyone! We had our cats castrated here, as well as a general check-up: prices are ok, service is great. Masters of their craft! The only thing is that getting to the parking lot is a bit of a challenge, and getting out is even better.. But these are just details, there is also public transport nearby
We took our cat to Dr. Leyer's veterinary practice for an extended period, primarily for recurring urinary tract infections and once for otitis. We always felt well cared for – both professionally and personally. The team was always friendly, competent, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Our cat was treated with loving care, and we never felt rushed. In February, we unfortunately had to have our cat euthanized due to a bone tumor – an incredibly difficult decision. It was precisely at this time that we experienced a great deal of understanding and empathy. They took their time, and we were given the opportunity to say a dignified goodbye to our cat. We are very grateful for this. We would also like to commend the collaboration with a pet funeral home, which, upon request, arranged for the collection of the body directly from the practice. This was a great relief to us during this difficult time. Unfortunately, the tumor had not been detected at another practice – which makes the competence and care shown here all the more valuable. We highly recommend Dr. Leyer's practice. We wholeheartedly recommend Leyer and will also entrust our new family member to their treatment.
I gladly entrust my animals to her... I've taken my Beagle to her before. For the past five years, I've been taking my Portuguese street dog to her, and he's never panicked. Unfortunately, for X-rays, I have to go to the clinic on Nordring, which my dog absolutely hates! 😖
