They really care about your pets. Lovely staff and always accommodating, my dog Louie likes to visit and is more interested in the vet than I when we are there.

I have always had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Julia Dierks is the BEST!!!! You can tell she and her team really love animals and take such good care of my dog Churro, who is very anxious. They always move very slowly with her during visits and I really appreciate this. Her team is always very responsive to email, which makes things really easy for me as German is not my first language. On the phone they are patient with me as well. I won't go anywhere else!

I took my Dalmatian to see them. From the very beginning, and throughout the visit the Doctor and staff were first rate!! Excellent service & staff. Thank you for caring for our baby. Awesome job!!!

We’ve been bringing our dog, Nala, here for the past five years, and the entire team has always been incredibly kind, supportive, and professional. From the receptionists to the doctors, everyone is friendly, caring, and always available whenever we need help — whether it’s an emergency consultation or a routine visit. As someone still learning German, I also really appreciate how respectful and accommodating they are in speaking English with me. It makes every visit much more comfortable and is a wonderful option for expats looking for a trustworthy veterinarian. Highly recommended!

Never again! We experienced a huge lack of professionalism, transparrency and clear direct communication. Especially for foreigners, stay away from this Praxis, otherwise you might get in huge trouble! Several times we eneded up in this Praxis with the pet, and they did not bother to touch/ consult the pet. There was never a clear communication with regards to the options that we have regarding the health problems our pet was facing.Or a real professional advice (the vaccination was declined when we asked for, they claimed several times that the XRay machine takes a very long time to start and they rather not use it, the normal consultation was not performed for various reasons, we had to pay for every visit even when the pet was not actually “touched”!). For your own sake, stay away from them!
