We hadn't been in contact for a very long time, the last time being around 1999 when Mr. Bruns spayed our three cats. And after all that time, on December 8, 2024, he did us an enormous favor: without even knowing our dog, he helped him cross the Rainbow Bridge. We are so grateful for that; the vet who was actually on call would never have been so compassionate and empathetic. A thousand thanks! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Mr. Bruns helped us immediately, even as a "new customer." He euthanized our 14-year-old Golden Retriever at our home. Despite the approximately 15-kilometer drive and the presence of an assistant, the price-performance ratio was simply excellent. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
