Dr. med. vet. Wolf Kaser - Bergisch Gladbach

We will only ever go to Dr. Kaser again; he helped our Dana a lot. We are not satisfied with Dr. [Name omitted]. During our first visit, I felt like a ghost. She gave my wife the answers to my questions, and she seems to have forgotten how to treat animals with kindness. In the future, we will only make appointments with Dr. Kaser; we will absolutely never go to Dr. [Name omitted] again!

Dr. Kaser and his team have been a great support to me for many years, guiding me through all my pets' lives. They are friendly, competent, and reliable. Even outside of regular appointments, they offer helpful advice over the phone. Thank you for the excellent collaboration!

This practice has already seen me twice in an emergency situation, as my usual vet had closed and we were turned away by others in the area. The cat was thoroughly examined and received excellent care. I am incredibly grateful for their help!

If I could give a zero star I would. His arrogance killed my cat. Gross negligence in wanting to prove he was right instead of another vet. His instructions caused the death of my cat. The practice was unable to diagnose my cat after several visits over nearly a year, and when another practice diagnosed her, he threw his hands in the air and said the test she was given was not reliable. Well his treatment killed her at 15 months old. Another of my cats got steroid induced diabetes with all the steroids pumped into her, by this vet, without checking her bloods periodically, in the end steroids was the wrong treatment for her condition. The practice is fine for routine treatment only.

In the past, a visit to the vet with our little dachshund was quite a challenge, as she always resisted with all her might and couldn't settle down due to her fear. However, since she became a patient of Dr. Kaser, things have changed completely. She seems very comfortable there. We know that we are in the best hands with Dr. Kaser and his team and feel well cared for, supported, and advised.
