An incredibly caring team, from the receptionist to the veterinarian (we saw Dr. Höhne). My cat has never been so relaxed during a vet visit. It truly warms your heart. We also received excellent advice and information. They didn't try to convince us our cat was ill or pressure us into scheduling surgery. Instead, the veterinarian explained the alternatives to us. Thank you so much!! We will only go to this practice from now on. And booking appointments online is very easy!
A truly wonderful team. We came to this practice for an ultrasound examination. Our dog's condition fluctuated for days, sometimes improving, sometimes worsening. We were always able to come in at short notice, and they always carefully assessed how they could help her. Everyone was always friendly, warm, and loving towards animals. Our dog is doing well again.
