An extremely competent and dedicated veterinarian with heart and brains, without any "star" or "demigod" airs, who also keeps his prices reasonable, so even a poor old lady can afford treatment for her dachshund. - We hope this veterinarian stays with us for a long time to come!
This is a really good practice; everyone is super friendly and helpful. Torsten Hermann is a super friendly, highly competent, and knowledgeable doctor. We feel very well cared for and treated fairly. My dog, for once, agrees.
A practice that we hope will be around for a very, very long time. The vet and his wonderful assistant have been with us for three dogs now, and always with understanding, good advice, love, and above all, COMPASSION. Sadly, Mr. Hermann has already had to say goodbye to two of our beloved dogs, Jackson☆ and Peyla☆. That's when you truly realize how empathetic this practice is, because it's not just the owners who are moved to tears. Now we're there with our third dog, and that was a given. We'll never go anywhere else unless advised to do so, because Mr. Hermann is always happy to recommend getting a second opinion. We are so grateful for everything this practice has done for us. Warmest regards from the Langes and Rudy (the funny, forgiving bulldog)!
A veterinarian with worker-friendly opening hours, efficient, friendly, direct – just the way we like it!
