Good sznela szajse
Our Jule embarked on her final journey today. Mr. Schulte and the practice team accompanied us with understanding and love during this hour, giving us plenty of time. Many thanks again to everyone for that.
After moving, I was looking for a new veterinary practice for my dog Maya, and a lovely neighbor recommended this one – and I'm so grateful for the tip! Maya was diagnosed with Addison's disease almost a year ago. It's not yet a very common condition in dogs. But as luck would have it, I booked an appointment without choosing a specific vet and ended up with "the right vet." Dr. Schulte is extremely knowledgeable about Addison's disease – what could be better! The way he treats Maya (and me, as a concerned "dog mom") at the practice is very warm and respectful, and even with my hundredth question, he's always attentive and considerate. I highly recommend this practice!
Two days ago, I had an acute emergency with my dog (very poor general condition, dark blood in his stool). I originally wanted to go to the Hofheim veterinary clinic, as I think it's very good. However, the drive takes about 1.5 hours, and I was very worried that my dog wouldn't survive the journey in his condition. Therefore, I called the Hümmelchen practice in Eitorf and explained the situation in detail, stating that I didn't know if my dog would make it. I was only offered an appointment in 2.5 hours with the comment: "You might as well go directly to the clinic." In such a situation, I would have expected more kindness or support. I found it very disappointing. In the past, I've also experienced the reception and other staff as unfriendly, which is why I haven't gone there for years. My dog sadly didn't make it.
