We were at this practice for the second time today because our cat (a barn cat and a bit of a fighter) suddenly went lame and had a swollen paw. I haven't experienced such a sensitive and patient approach from other veterinarians. Everything is explained clearly, and despite the fact that our cat is difficult and a barn cat, the staff treats both the owner and the cat with kindness. I'm surprised by the (few) negative comments. Neither I nor my dogs have ever been treated rudely. My old, anxious Bull Terrier was treated with love and patience despite his panic attacks.
