We needed urgent assistance for our little cat today (Sunday!). We were allowed to leave immediately and had a very friendly exchange from start to finish! But much more importantly, the way she treated the animal was impeccable, very calm, and loving. We returned home with a good feeling that she had performed the correct treatment and wasn't trying to make money or anything like that. I hope for the little one's sake that she doesn't have to go back to the doctor anytime soon, but if she does, we would go back to the practice. :)

Don't let the small, unassuming practice fool you: Dr. Luukkonen-Albrecht is a true expert. She recently saved our dog's life. She persistently searched for hours for all the possible causes of his symptoms and ultimately discovered a large tumor that others had overlooked. Just two days later, she surgically removed it and the associated spleen. She's a virtuoso surgeon! Our dog was back on his feet the very next day. The postoperative care is also being handled conscientiously and professionally, with a touch of humor. Our dog and we feel we are in the best of hands with her. Thank you!

Excellent veterinarian. She takes plenty of time for the animal and examines it thoroughly. The whole team is very nice and friendly. My dog ​​and I are completely satisfied. Keep up the good work!

Last Wednesday, I took my sick cat to this vet because she had vomited several times and clearly needed help. Instead of proper diagnosis or empathy, she immediately suggested either putting the cat down or taking her to an expensive veterinary clinic – without really investigating the cause. She didn't even take her temperature! It seemed as if she just wanted to get out of bed quickly. I got a second opinion from another vet the next day – they took their time, examined the cat thoroughly, and treated her. And lo and behold: Three days later, she was feeling significantly better. Unfortunately, this wasn't my first bad experience: One of my cats, who has since passed away, had surgery with this vet before her death. She died shortly afterward – even then, I didn't have a good feeling that everything was being done. My conclusion: This vet seems to be quicker to resort to lethal injections than to take serious care of animals. I would strongly advise against having your pet treated here.

Many thanks to the vet and her staff! Due to an emergency involving our rabbit, I visited the practice today, Sunday. Ms. Luukonen-Albrecht and her staff were very compassionate and empathetic.
