A vet with a heart He helped us tremendously when my bulldog was stung by a wasp or something similar. He has a very big heart, and the dog felt that immediately.

The greeting, including for the dog, was friendly and went off without any of the usual panicky behavior. Dr. Nelz takes his time, examines gently, and is pragmatic. I'm very pleased! I'm on holiday here with my two dogs, and I'm very happy that one of them's acute eye inflammation is now in good hands. No modern frills, but plenty of time for both patient and owner.
