Visiting this clinic might be the worst decision for your pet's care. We've been here multiple times, mainly because it's one of the few places open on Saturdays. However, our experiences have been consistently negative. Firstly, the vet administers injections without our consent. Whenever we ask him not to, he becomes very aggressive. Even for something as simple as a nail trim, he insists on additional unnecessary treatments, resulting in extremely high bills. Secondly, he doesn't like being questioned about the treatments he performs. When we try to ask questions, he dismisses us, claiming he knows best and that he can't listen to us during treatment. He insists he cares about the pets, but his actions suggest otherwise, especially since no other clinic we've visited performs treatments in the same manner. Interestingly, another vet who covers for him when he's out is fantastic. However, when we asked Ralf about this colleague, he refused to give us his name, seemingly afraid of losing clients to him. This behavior only underscores his attitude problem. If you care about your pets, I strongly advise against taking them to this clinic. It has been the worst pet care experience we've ever had.

I was there with my cat and he barely examined him, this vet does not care about the wellbeing of your pet. He only examined him by looking and touching, not really looking for the cause of my cats illnes. I can’t believe i paid for nothing. He was reassuring me that there was nothing wrong with my cat, but my gut feeling told me otherwise, so i went to another vet for a second opinion. Turns out he needed surgery for his condition. I don’t advise you going here, unless you want to get scammed.

Disappointing. Each time we go, we are paying an extremely high fee for nothing. For whatever reason we’re visiting the vet, our dog gets a vaccination although we are never informed about the reason for the vaccination. I’m even questioning whether I also talked to some other people visiting this vet clinic, they also informed me that their dogs are similarly getting vaccines for no reason. Unhygienic, unreliable, high pricing, bad quality of health service. I definitely do not recommend anyone to go there. You clearly can see that the place is not clean, which should not be the fact in a clinic
