They are liars, they charged me loads of money for something another veterinarian fixed with eye drops. They put me in a terrible state of stress and just wanted to operate my dog to make money. Steer away!
Vets know what they are doing. However, the staff is zero friendly with hints of discrimination if you don't speak German. For a Vet in Mitte this is not going well. I will find another place to take my pet.
Absolutely mega professionell doctors, go here first when your pet has some issues with the eye, or eyelid. You can't even see the suture, or knots.
We came to Dr. Fengler just before Christmas with an absolute emergency and couldn't be happier and more grateful to have found such an expert. Dr. Fengler saved our dog's right eye between the holidays and massively improved the vision in his left eye – after two other veterinarians had been unable to help us. We wholeheartedly recommend that any pet owner with eye problems go directly to him!
