Highly recommend for everything nutrition.

Dr. Kröger has been advising my two dogs on their nutrition for years. I also experienced that their food ration was initially a bit too small for them. But contrary to some reviews here, Dr. Kröger was always available to listen, and adjusting the feeding plan was no problem. All dogs are different, tolerate food differently, etc. – that's why it's important to have open communication with the nutritionist. I can wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kröger: she is very competent, always objective, patiently answers all my questions, and is receptive to my wishes and ideas! I am very happy to have her support with feeding! Five stars from me and my two furry friends for her many years of excellent service!

I am very disappointed with the consultation with Dr. Kröger. After changing the recommended diet, my dog's condition deteriorated significantly. She was then unreachable for weeks and poorly prepared, if at all, for the follow-up appointment. She showed no interest in the blood test results, which she didn't properly review either before or during the appointment, despite my repeated inquiries. Furthermore, the transparency regarding the costs of the follow-up consultation was lacking. Only at the end of the conversation, after I asked about it, was I informed that this appointment would also incur a charge, even though I was told during the initial consultation that we would speak again in a few weeks after the dietary change to evaluate the results. I lost several hundred euros for a dog who was even weaker and sicker afterward, and who suffered from malnutrition for weeks because she was unreachable. To then receive another hefty bill for the follow-up consultation, even though it was for aftercare, is, in my opinion, a blatant rip-off.

I have a nearly 3-year-old dog with chronic renal dysplasia and malabsorption. Based on the veterinary and lab reports, Dr. Kröger created a nutritional plan in August 2025, which she revised once (for an additional fee) because the meat content was initially calculated too high. She also suggested administering a phosphate binder, even though its administration was already documented in the veterinary report. After three-quarters of a year, because my dog's condition had deteriorated significantly (now IRIS Stage III), I received a tip, thanks to a referral, to have his vitamin B12 levels checked. It turned out that the recommended vitamin supplement was far from sufficient to meet my dog's vitamin B12 requirements due to the malabsorption. Malabsorption and vitamin B12 deficiency are directly linked and have a devastating effect on the body in cases of chronic renal dysplasia. Thanks to a depot injection, my dog ​​is now doing a little better. I have contacted Dr. Kröger again. I contacted Kröger 10 days ago, but haven't received a response to this day. I definitely cannot recommend her.

I'm extremely satisfied with the consultation! Ms. Kröger seemed very competent and friendly, and she took plenty of time to answer all our questions. The feeding plan for Rico is perfect; he tolerates everything very well and is completely happy. Even after we received the feeding plan, we still had the opportunity to ask further questions. Highly recommended!
