Haven’t had any other experiences at a vet, since this has been my cat’s vet her entire life. We’ve been happy customers for the last 8 years and we’re always treated with care and attention. I sure appreciate this clinic, though my cat would probably disagree.

This is BY FAR one of the BEST vets we have ever been to. Our dog had a wound that was super infected and wasn't healing, even several months after it had opened. And it only became several months due to a previous awful vet experience here in Berlin, gave us the "take these pills and wait" treatment. We were incredibly lucky and were recommended Dr.Loser after a passerby saw our dog's state. Once we found Dr.Loser and made the trip from Mitte to her location, which was fairly far away, we immediately knew we found someone who genuinely cared about healing our little girl. She took skin samples, told us to return once the results came back in 3 days, and immediately thereafter surgically treated and closed the horribly infected wound. She did all this at an unbelievably affordable price. She ensured that we came back for repeated checkups every few days AT NO EXTRA COST!! It's absolutely unbelievable how wonderful a vet she is, and how kind and welcoming her staff are. And yes, before I forget to mention the staff, they were all fantastic. The receptionist was so lovely and Dr.Loser's young assistants were great too. All in all, I can not recommend Dr.Loser enough. If you want a vet who truly cares for your furry family member, do right by them and take them to Dr.Loser. And, if you are reading this yourself, thanks soooo much Dr.Loser! We can't express our gratitude enough for what you've done for our Maggie!
