I've brought a couple cats here and couldn't be happier with the staff and treatment we've gotten over the last couple years. The vets communicate well in both English and German (and Czech if I remember correctly). They let me know how much hope to have for my old cat's recovery, and when that eventually dropped to nothing, the loss was handled with warmth and gentleness. They communicate financial expectations before treatment and work within budgets well. They care more about my cats than any doctor has cared about me. I don't know what more I could want in a vet.

We are incredibly grateful for this wonderful experience! We came with our first puppy and were naturally a little nervous – which made the warm and welcoming reception all the more delightful. We were even seen before our scheduled appointment, which was a huge plus. Dr. Oelberg was incredibly empathetic and patient with both us and our puppy. Every single question, no matter how small, was taken seriously and explained clearly – without any time pressure and with great empathy. You can immediately tell that they work with heart. We felt completely at ease and will definitely be back. Highly recommended! 🤍🐾
