I've been going to Dr. Terler for several years now. She is absolutely competent, incredibly kind, and empathetic with her cuddly patients and their owners. She patiently answers all questions, no matter how silly. My dog is a huge scaredy-cat, but Dr. Terler always manages to draw blood from my trembling, resisting scaredy-cat—how she does it is a mystery to me.
