Dr. Terler is by far the best choice for our four-legged friends! She is extremely empathetic, remains calm under pressure, and shares in the grief when we have to say goodbye. She demonstrates the necessary empathy and always has a listening ear! We have been very satisfied with her since 2012!
I've been going to Dr. Terler for several years now. She is absolutely competent, incredibly kind, and empathetic with her cuddly patients and their owners. She patiently answers all questions, no matter how silly. My dog is a huge scaredy-cat, but Dr. Terler always manages to draw blood from my trembling, resisting scaredy-cat—how she does it is a mystery to me.
