We went to this vet in order to be able to travel to the UK. We knew we only needed to get the necessary tapeworm treatment that is necessary to get no more than 5 days before entering the country. However, the two women that attended us convinced us that we also needed to give our dog another rabies shot, which was later confirmed at the border as completely unnecessary. They were completely wrong about everything they told us and even injured our dog with the syringe. Of course we felt ripped off! We are NEVER going to go back there and do not recommend anyone going there! The audacity was astounding!

For me, this is the best veterinary practice! From the moment you arrive, you feel completely at ease. The veterinary assistants, such as Ms. Jansen and Ms. Husken, are extremely friendly and competent, and they take the time to provide clear and heartfelt advice. Dr. Ute Hessling-Zeinen impresses with her extensive expertise and her warm, empathetic manner. It's immediately apparent that the animals' well-being is their top priority. Our two cats, Yumi and Hibi, feel very comfortable here, and we couldn't be happier with our choice of this veterinary practice. Highly recommended! A fantastic team.

My athletic Boxer started having problems during tug-of-war games. It quickly became clear that something wasn't right. Since I needed professional help, I was recommended Dr. Hessling Zeiten. I was able to get an appointment at short notice, and even at the reception desk, my dog ​​was greeted by name, which I found incredibly kind. After an initial consultation and a second appointment for X-rays and subsequent surgery, the problem with the P1ser was diagnosed and treated immediately. Despite my stressful situation, I felt well-informed at all times, and the trust I had built was truly confirmed. Two weeks ago, the follow-up examination, where the X-ray clearly showed that everything was back to normal, was a success. If I had to describe Dr. Hessling Zeiten's team, I would say they were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and explained the treatment clearly. All in all, it went very well for my Hazel. She's continuing with IGP sport, and in two weeks she'll be taking her companion dog test. I've already recommended them to everyone in our Boxer community.
