We brought our dog Daisy (from Hungary ☺️) to the clinic after an accident and received a warm welcome. The veterinarian and assistant were incredibly empathetic, calm, and highly professional. The treatment was thoroughly explained, and the wound was perfectly cared for. A huge thank you to the entire team – you can tell that animals are truly treated with heart here. I am very satisfied with the care my dog ​​received at this small animal clinic. The team looked after him with great care, patience, and obvious love for animals. You quickly realize that professional competence and genuine dedication come together here. I particularly appreciated that all steps were explained clearly and that decisions were always made with the dog's best interests in mind. Although my dog ​​is insured, I never felt that unnecessary treatments were suggested – they acted very responsibly and thoughtfully. I always felt well-advised and that my dog ​​was in very good hands.

The vets are trained to extract as much money as possible from our clients. Even a simple phone call to inquire about dispensing medication (which took a maximum of two minutes) cost €20. Unfortunately, we realized too late that it was all about the money and not our dog's health. Please, everyone: get a second opinion as early as possible.

Since our cat suffers from a persistent allergy, she needs regular, loving, and expert care, and that's exactly what she receives here. The small animal clinic in Greven is modern, clean, and superbly equipped. It offers ample parking and a team of highly competent veterinarians who truly go the extra mile to help their patients. All the staff are attentive, empathetic, meticulous, and highly motivated. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Heinemann, who cares for our cat. She always does her best to improve her quality of life step by step. No question goes unanswered, no concern unheard, and everything is explained patiently and clearly. We don't even want to think about how our cat would be doing today without this vet and this clinic. The veterinarians who stepped in during emergencies also completely impressed us with their calm demeanor, competence, and professionalism. Our second cat was recently spayed here as well, and even then, the attending veterinarian personally called us before the operation. She explained the procedure to us in detail and with great kindness, was exceptionally caring, and her love for animals was immediately apparent. The healing process was completely relaxed and uncomplicated, exactly as one would hope. There's only one word to describe the reception team and the assistants: extraordinary. Always friendly, attentive, and perfectly organized. Even on stressful days, they remain calm, focused, and always have a warm smile on their faces. This combination of warmth, patience, and professionalism is truly special and contributes significantly to making you feel completely at ease from the very first moment. Every kilometer we travel for this visit is more than worth it. This center and the wonderful people who work there are a true blessing for all pet owners!
