We are absolutely thrilled with this veterinary clinic! Our dog received the best possible care here, from the initial consultation through the surgery to the aftercare. The entire team works at the highest level and with incredible dedication. We were particularly impressed by how attentive and dedicated everyone is: You are actively informed about the progress, and they even contact you to ask about your pet's well-being or to let you know that lab results are still pending. You simply know that you are not "forgotten" here. Dr. Müller and Dr. Elias are both extremely competent, experienced, and incredibly empathetic. They take plenty of time, explain everything in detail (twice if requested 😉), and show complete understanding for pet owners' concerns, even when they nervously ask questions during the surgery. We took our dog there on a Saturday. For an examination that didn't even result in a clear diagnosis, we had to pay €400 at the emergency clinic for an ultrasound, two injections, and two medications for further treatment at home. In the end, our dog had to undergo emergency surgery. We will never have our animals examined or treated there again, not even in an emergency. The animals' welfare clearly takes a backseat to profit.

In February, we took our wire-haired dachshund to the small animal clinic for an emergency appointment on a Friday after an accident. From the initial consultation and treatment (surgery) to the aftercare, everything was excellent. We received a warm welcome at reception, despite the stressful situation (a strike). After a short wait, our dog was examined, and a surgery appointment was quickly arranged for Monday. Another planned operation was also rescheduled. From the very beginning, the veterinarians kept us well-informed about the further treatment/necessary surgery and all potential costs. After the surgery, we received a brief update by phone to let us know everything had gone well, and we were then able to arrange a pick-up time. Our dachshund is mobile again after her comminuted pelvic fracture and can walk, chase, and play without any limitations. :-) Because of her very friendly nature, the team would have loved to keep her there. We were incredibly happy to pick her up that evening after the successful surgery. Many thanks to the entire team!

Because our cat suffers from a persistent allergy, she needs regular, loving, and expert care, and that's exactly what she gets here. The small animal center in Greven is modern, clean, and excellently equipped. It offers ample parking and a team of extremely competent veterinarians who truly do everything they can to help their patients. All the staff are attentive, empathetic, meticulous, and highly motivated. A very special thank you goes to Dr. Heinemann, who cares for our cat. She always does her best to improve her quality of life step by step. No question goes unanswered, no concern unheard; everything is explained patiently and understandably. We can't even imagine how our cat would be today without this doctor and this center. The veterinarians who stepped in during emergencies also completely impressed us with their calmness, competence, and professionalism. Recently, our second cat was neutered here, and even then, we received a personal call from the attending veterinarian before the surgery. She explained the procedure to us in detail and in a friendly manner, was exceptionally caring, and you immediately felt her love for the animals. The healing process was completely relaxed and uncomplicated, just as you would wish. There's only one thing to say about the reception team and the assistants: exceptional. Always friendly, attentive, and perfectly organized. Even on stressful days, they remain calm, have a clear overview, and a warm smile on their faces. This combination of warmth, patience, and professionalism is truly special and contributes significantly to making you feel in good hands from the very first minute. Every kilometer we drive for this visit is more than worth it. This center and the wonderful people who work there are a true blessing for all pet owners!
