I had my two cats neutered there. He was very loving towards them, and I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I had to go back later because my tomcat had injured his paw. I asked him about the cost, as he only accepts cash. Since I had to go back for a follow-up check a week later, I took the exact amount with me. He then just looked at the whole thing for another five minutes and did nothing else, and I had to pay an additional €20 on top of the originally agreed price. I felt pretty ripped off, and it seemed like he was only after my money. Still, I gave him 3 stars because he treated my two cats with love.

We were on vacation in Harzgerode when our dog injured himself and was in a lot of pain. Even though we were new, we got an appointment right away. My poodle was thoroughly examined and, in consultation with me, x-rays were taken. He was treated with love and was able to get help quickly. Thank you! It would be nice if card payments were possible.
