Unfortunately, my visit wasn't an entirely positive experience. The examination of my dog seemed rather superficial and insufficiently thorough, which made me feel my concerns weren't taken seriously. Furthermore, I got the impression that financial considerations played a bigger role than the animal's well-being. I would have liked to see more empathy and time dedicated to the patients.
Our dog needed veterinary care while we were on vacation. We received very quick and uncomplicated help. All the staff at the practice are friendly and courteous. The vet treated our Rottweiler competently, calmly, and with great care.
We've been going to Dr. Riemeier for a very long time and are always very satisfied. She's extremely knowledgeable and our animals always feel comfortable with her. Dog, cat, rat – it doesn't matter, we're always in good hands with her.
