Not recommended for emergency services. I called yesterday around 11 p.m. because my dog ​​wasn't feeling well. He asked if it was really an emergency and was very dismissive. If I, as a pet owner, am very worried about my dog ​​and call at that time, it must be an emergency. He completely brushed me off and referred me to another vet.

I have no words for everything that happened in such a short time. It's simply amazing, and we are so grateful. Our dog had a uterine infection, and Dr. Speck was superb in the emergency room. We were able to go in for the second time at 8:30 p.m. He took his time. He worried and hoped with us. Thank you so much for everything.

Very friendly staff who give the animal plenty of time to settle in. Their expertise is definitely top-notch. However, what we personally dislike is the lack of appointments. You have to arrive, wait, and hope the time passes quickly until you get seen. This is incredibly stressful for the animal, whether outside or inside, especially since the waiting room is far too small. I don't even want to imagine how the animals must feel in the summer heat. This is also the reason why we will be switching to another vet. It's a shame, really, but our pet's well-being is more important to us.
