I took my dog ​​to the vet's walk-in clinic today. We were greeted warmly and checked in. I was extremely pleased with the treatment. Even my usually lively dog ​​calmed down completely. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

When Ms. Giersch still had the group practice in Thale, I always hoped to see her... She treats my three British Shorthair cats with such love... No matter what the problem, she's always kind and attentive... Even the cats are... well, relaxed, considering the circumstances 😏... The best vet I could imagine for my three furry monsters... Now, thanks to the new practice, it's even better... I can quickly pick up a flea preventative at reception instead of waiting forever with the "patients"... I also appreciate that the waiting room is separate... Not every cat reacts calmly to a dog...

I wanted to get a second opinion and chose this practice for that purpose. My impressions were extremely positive. The team seemed friendly, helpful, and competent. The practice was clean and organized. I must emphasize that the advice was factual and objective, without focusing on what could be billed or sold easily (animal welfare was paramount!). My concerns were taken seriously, and my dog ​​was handled with great care.

Everything was great, the quick service was warmly received, my hamster loved everything, and thank you so much! 😍🐹
