My dog ​​and I were on a short vacation here in the area. One evening, my dog ​​suddenly couldn't move and was screaming in pain. Dr. Günzke was recommended to me, and I had to call her at 9 p.m. that evening. She answered the phone immediately, asked the most important questions calmly, patiently, and with incredible kindness, and scheduled us into the practice, which she opened especially for us. She immediately helped my dog ​​with great sensitivity and competence, and also immediately welcomed me, a concerned owner. Her entire approach to dealing with my beloved dog and me was simply amazing! Dr. Günzke relieved my dog's pain and my fear. During the examination, she also discovered a secondary finding that we can continue to treat at home. Thank you so much for this wonderful and competent help, Dr. Günzke! People like you practice their profession as a vocation and do invaluable work!
