From a professional perspective, Mr. Schlör was OK. However, I only wanted professional advice about my pet. Mr. Schlör expressed his political views, which I don't share at all and don't care about. The trigger for this was the card payment. The staff are very friendly; I hope to meet his wife on my next visit. Perhaps she knows what personal and what business matters should be discussed.
