Disaster!!! Unbearable! The veterinarian is incredibly unfriendly and completely inhumane. Her medical expertise is questionable. Customers arrive and are treated like they're unwelcome and the reason for the bad mood in the practice! Staff members are yelled at so loudly that you can hear it in the waiting room. This practice is absolutely not recommended and it would be better if no one went there again. I think the other reviews also speak for themselves. I wish our Dr. Uhl was still there.

I had an emergency with my dog ​​on March 1st, 2026. Although the veterinary practice was on call, no one answered the phone or mobile. I even left a message on their voicemail, but unfortunately, they didn't call me back. My dog ​​is now in an animal hospital, and we had a 1.2-hour drive. How can you have an emergency service and not answer the phone? Not even a callback, not even when I complained at the practice this morning. Update: Today is March 5th, 2026, and no one from this practice has contacted me yet.

Our dog KIWI (a male Chihuahua) suffered from severe nerve inflammation behind his ears about four weeks ago. His eye wouldn't close properly, his muzzle was numb, and there was no response from his ears – although his hearing was still intact. Unfortunately, no veterinary practice could help us initially. Our savior was Dr. Alix-Marleen Wieland, DVM. She is extremely professional and possesses an exceptionally high level of expertise. Thanks to her and the very competent and friendly veterinary assistants, our Chihuahua finally received the urgently needed treatment. KIWI is now well on the road to a full recovery. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Thank you so much for your wonderful help! 🐾
