Dr. med. vet. Jens Merl

We needed his help at the emergency vet clinic over the weekend. Both Mr. Merl and his wife were very friendly and helpful. Even though my Rottweiler grumbled during the treatment, they remained calm and relaxed.

For many, many years, he's been our vet for our three dogs and three cats. We couldn't wish for a better vet. He's always there with help and advice, almost always reachable, and honest with you when there's not much more that can be done for your pet, which we truly appreciate. ❤️ At Merl's, the animal's well-being is paramount, not profit. You rarely find vets like him. Thank you so much for all the years past, and here's to many more to come with our animals and the best vet and wife anyone could ask for! ❤️❤️❤️

We're now taking our third dog to Dr. Merl. We've been, and continue to be, very satisfied. He's always available and helpful – even if it's just a question. He always takes the time to address the concerns and problems of both two-legged and four-legged patients and has a real heart for animals – you can feel it in the way he interacts with them!

Yesterday was my first time at Dr. Merl's office, and it was unfortunately a sad occasion; I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog. But I highly recommend Dr. Merl and his wife to anyone who loves their pet. They are a veterinarian with a heart and a genuine love for animals. Dr. Merl and his wife made the farewell as comfortable as possible for us; my pet was able to pass away peacefully and with dignity. Therefore, to all pet owners: if you love your animal, go to Dr. Merl. For him, being a veterinarian isn't just a job; he does it with his whole heart.
