We would like to sincerely thank the entire team, and especially the veterinarian, for their quick and uncomplicated help. We received emergency treatment today and felt we were in excellent hands from the very first minute. We were particularly impressed by the loving, calm, and professional way our dog was treated. He is actually a very anxious dog, and vet visits are usually very stressful for him. It was all the more astonishing to see how relaxed and comfortable he felt during the treatment. This speaks volumes about the great empathy and experience of the entire team. You can immediately tell that this is not just about professional competence, but also about genuine love and dedication to animals. The care was friendly, understanding, and extremely professional. Thank you so much for the outstanding care and the quick support during a very stressful situation for us. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice and are incredibly grateful for the wonderful help! 🐾❤️

I took my dog to the emergency vet this weekend; I usually go to a different practice. My dog was experiencing acute pain due to a pre-existing spinal issue. We were able to go immediately and were seen right away – we were incredibly lucky because it was apparently extremely busy all day. I was seen by a very friendly, empathetic, and competent veterinarian, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. My dog was examined, and I was given all the necessary medication. I don't need to comment on the cost – all pet owners know that emergency veterinary care is expensive. All in all, I was very glad to have ended up at this practice during their emergency service.

I normally NEVER write reviews, but this involves living beings and not just a service, which is why I can't let it go. We contacted the practice on a Wednesday morning because our older cat (13+) had stopped eating. Although they kindly gave us an appointment at short notice, in hindsight, given their obvious lack of time, it would have been better to refer us directly to another practice. After a very brief consultation (five minutes) with the vet, our cat stayed there for almost a day and a half for IV fluids. When we picked him up on Thursday around 5 pm, only a veterinary assistant handled the handover, and understandably, she couldn't answer our questions adequately. So, we were sent home for the weekend with a sick and distressed animal, told to wait for the blood test results and that he should eat. Our cat didn't really want to eat and showed little interest in it, which caused his condition to deteriorate further. Since we didn't really know what the problem or the cause of the sudden, unusual loss of appetite was or could be, we were understandably worried – even though we were told at the handover that he had tried a little dry and wet food and otherwise everything was fine. His behavior and condition, however, worried us (justifiably), and we decided to contact the emergency vet on Sunday morning (fortunately). There, we were immediately asked to bring the cat in. After thorough examinations, a treatment was finally found that didn't require hospitalization. Now we hope that it was started in time. When no one had contacted us about the results by Monday, I called the vet's office myself. During this call, I learned that the blood test results had actually been available since Saturday. This was another disappointment. Having had pets all my life, I'm used to being actively informed by the vet's office about important findings, even if you can't necessarily expect this outside of regular office hours. This procedure has severely damaged our trust, and we would have at least expected the laboratory to be asked to forward the results directly to us. Despite the quick and friendly reception, this was the first and last time I will visit this veterinary practice.

I made an appointment to have my ring-necked parakeet (8 months old) have his nails and beak trimmed. She cut off way too much, and my parakeet screamed. It bled immediately, and while she said it wasn't a big deal, it was. He's now traumatized and very anxious. Next time, I'll trim them myself. After she finished, she forgot to close the cage, and he flew around the room like crazy until we caught him. His nails bled for two days afterward, so we won't be going back.
