I visited for the first time as an emergency patient and was able to come in immediately. They were very responsible and empathetic. You can feel their love for animals and their professional experience. I hope they continue practicing for many years to come.

Very unfriendly, little understanding for emergencies... For example, writing prescriptions when a colleague is on vacation. Literally, they said they no longer need to practice. Difficult to understand. I had the feeling that the dollar sign was their main priority. I much prefer my trusted veterinarian. This practice is a no-go for me.

Another veterinarian who has a heart for animals and sees them as living beings. We hope to be able to continue entrusting our three cats to Dr. Victor Klein for a long time to come.
